Our current full time sales positions allow you to join a dedicated team of co-workers who love what they do. We offer our regional sales reps the opportunity to work in a Virtual Office environment, a generous base plus commission pay structure, with bonuses, health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid holidays, profit sharing and a 401k with company match.
We ask for:
- Four or more years of Advertising sales experience, preferably in the yellow page or wedding industry.
- B2B Inside Sales Experience, Consultative Business Development and/or Outside Sales Experience (preferred).
- Bachelors Degree (preferred).
- Passion for Customer Service with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous work from home/Virtual Office experience (preferred).
- Competency in using basic computer programs and systems: ie, Outlook, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, copy, fax and scanning. FTP experience a plus.
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities across associates, managers, agencies, and clientele.
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop, plan and manage a region.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
